Family Bingo Night at SCSE a Success

Competition between parents, students, and educators was heated at Stamford Charter School for Excellence’s (SCSE) recent Family Bingo Night! The fundraiser, organized by the public charter school’s Parent Association, was held to support field trips SCSE has planned for its students later this year.

Bingo winners received small prizes ranging from toys to gift cards, but the big winners of the night were the kids.

SCSE has over 100 families participate in the event, filling their auditorium to capacity. And along with the significant community support, 100 percent of SCSE staff and faculty participated through either donations or attendance.

This was the first of what will be many SCSE Family Bingo Nights -- SCSE plans on making it an annual event!
